LETTINGS SCALE OF FEES AND CHARGES

SCALE OF FEES (ALL PLUS VAT (IF APPLICABLE))

Full Management Fee:      10%
Rent Collection 8%
Tenant Introduction   £350
Tenancy Set-up Fee (for all of above)  25% of first month’s rent
Deposit Protection  £35 per deposit
Minimum Fee (in case of early termination)  £250


ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Schedule of Condition (depending on size of property)  £50-£150
Key Cutting  £10 per key
Tax Administration for Overseas Landlords  £35 per Quarter


FOR RENT COLLECTION & TENANT INTRODUCTION SERVICES CLIENTS WILL BE CHARGED THE FOLLOWING:

Issuing Notice or Seeking Possession £25
Property Inspection £50
Instruction to Tradesman £10
Rent Review Notice  £20
Notice to Quit  £25

 

IF REQUIRED ADDITIONAL TO THIS AGREEMENT:

Tenancy Agreement    £60
Reference Fees for Tenants      £120 incl. VAT
Guarantor Fees     FOC
